




Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing beverages, organizing and maintaining pantry areas, managing supplies, and providing discreet and punctual support at events. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and delivery of hot beverages and pantry organization. 2. Inventory control, monitoring of ingredient expiration dates, and operation of equipment. 3. Discreet and punctual assistance at events, ensuring quality. * Prepare coffee and hot beverages upon request; * Deliver bottles to designated blocks; * Ensure daily cleaning of pantries according to the scheduled plan; * Organize inventory of foodstuffs and utensils, requesting replenishment as needed; * Maintain discretion, professionalism, and punctuality, upholding service quality; * Assist in setting up and organizing tables and events, serving and restocking as requested; * Monitor quantities and expiration dates of all supplies in accordance with institutional standards; * Check equipment functionality; report maintenance needs to the responsible person; * Operate appliances or equipment used for food preparation and handling, heating or refrigeration devices, in compliance with institutional standard procedures.
