Job Summary: The Senior Internal Communications Analyst will serve as the liaison between clients and Clima, ensuring that projects have purpose, strategy, and flawless execution—working across multiple accounts and driving engagement. As a Senior Internal Communications Analyst — Focused on Client Support, you will be the liaison between clients and Clima’s team, ensuring every project has purpose, strategy, and flawless execution. As a Senior Internal Communications Analyst (PL), you will manage multiple accounts. Your responsibilities include supporting internal clients, ensuring their requests align with business strategy, proposing, monitoring, and producing content for internal communications (IC) materials. You will also be responsible for ensuring delivery quality, acting as guardian of the brand and communication strategy, and promoting employee engagement. For this opportunity, you must reside in the São Paulo or Curitiba regions. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Work directly with client departments within mid- to large-sized companies. Understand client needs by acting proactively and consultatively. Prepare clear and objective briefings, ensuring all project stakeholders understand deliverables. Develop strategic and tactical communication plans aligned with the briefing—with management support—and advocate for internal communications projects and related topics; Manage deliverables according to contract scope. Ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs by organizing and prioritizing client requests, information, and expectations. Manage multiple tasks, tracking key performance indicators, deadlines, and proposing corrective actions—alongside specialist teams—as needed, with management support. Understand key indicators and metrics used in client strategies, as well as the client’s business model. Be accountable for project management workflows and processes—creating requests and tasks in the designated tool. Analyze client requests, ask necessary questions, and ensure the agency’s internal team correctly understands the request. Identify new opportunities compatible with and coherent to the client’s current context—with management support. **Requirements:** Be communicative, proactive, and possess excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of communication channel management and metric analysis. Prior experience at a communications or advertising agency is a plus. Ability to proactively develop communication plans and tactically manage channels.
