Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Systems Developer to work on the development and maintenance of essential applications in an environment focused on integrations, APIs, and microservices. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and agile methodologies We are looking for a **Senior Systems Developer** to join our **IT – Core Systems** team, focusing on the development and maintenance of mission-critical applications and services, operating within an environment of integrations, APIs, and microservices-oriented architecture. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Develop and maintain applications and services using Java (preferably v.21\) and JavaScript. * Implement and enhance integrations via REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. * Participate in initiatives involving microservices architecture, contributing to solution design and implementation. * Ensure code quality by adhering to development standards, best practices, and team guidelines. * Participate in code reviews, providing technical feedback and supporting continuous improvement of both product and team. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, QA, operations/infrastructure, security, etc.) to define and execute technical solutions. * Support delivery cycles in agile environments, contributing to process evolution and codebase improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in technology or another field with prior relevant experience; * Development experience with **Java (v.21\)** and **Spring Boot**. * Experience building and consuming **REST and SOAP APIs**, and working with **microservices**. * Knowledge of **API security best practices**, and authentication/authorization (**OAuth, JWT**). * Proficiency with **Git** and version control workflows (branching, PRs, merges, etc.). * Experience in environments using **Kubernetes** (basic deployment/routines, containerization concepts). * Experience with messaging/streaming platforms (e.g., **Kafka**) for inter-service integration. * Knowledge of **JavaScript**, with foundational capability for front-end/mobile layers. * Desired practical experience with **React** and/or **React Native**. * Experience working in teams managing high-volume integrations and critical systems (core). * *We encourage diversity!
