Responsibilities and Duties * Enter invoices into the system; * Conduct quotations for materials and services with suppliers; * Monitor purchase orders; * Track material deliveries and agreed deadlines; * Sort and organize uniform inventory; * Support inventory control and material restocking. * Organize procurement department documents and records. * Support requests from requesting departments. Currently pursuing or completed degree in Administration or related fields; Organized profile and assertive communication skills.
