Job Summary: An IT intern to assist with technical support, equipment maintenance, internal control, and implementation of new solutions and technologies. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in research on emerging technologies and AI **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship **Responsibilities:** * Assist in replacing and swapping peripherals and IT equipment, such as monitors, keyboards, mice, etc. * Provide support to staff by resolving simple IT-related issues, including printer configuration, network access, and basic software support. * Support internal control of IT equipment, software, and licenses, maintaining updated and organized records. * Assist in formatting, installing, and configuring equipment to ensure readiness for use. * Collaborate with the IT team in the process of structuring and organizing the IT department across branches, supporting the implementation of new infrastructures and technological solutions. * Support research and implementation of new software, IT equipment, and Artificial Intelligence solutions, assisting in feasibility and effectiveness evaluations. * Assist in quotation and procurement of IT equipment, such as notebooks, desktops, software licenses, and other peripherals required for the cooperative’s operations. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Attention to detail. * Prior experience in the field is a plus. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Birthday Day Off, Life insurance
