Maintenance of up-to-date records of delinquent customers Cemitério is seeking a Collection Assistant in Londrina. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and control overdue payments for services provided by the cemetery, such as burials, mausoleums, cremations, among others. Contact delinquent customers to negotiate payment methods and resolve outstanding balances. Issue invoices and collection notices, and update payment records in the system. Maintain an updated record of delinquent customers and their respective financial arrears. Previous experience as a Collection Assistant, Collection Analyst, Collection Agent, or Collection Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
