We are looking for people to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Manage and coordinate complementary projects, ensuring interdisciplinary integration, adherence to deadlines, and technical quality of deliverables. This position plays a strategic role in monitoring projects from conception through to completion of construction works, contributing to efficient solutions, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement**. * Plan and monitor project development and delivery stages, ensuring schedule adherence and timely commencement of construction. * Manage project budgets, aligning procurements with cash flow and ensuring control over forecasted costs. * Promote integration among designers, suppliers, and contractors by conducting technical meetings and ensuring interdisciplinary coordination. * Ensure project compliance with applicable technical standards and certifications, such as ISO 9001, SIAC, and NBR 15575\. * Prospect, evaluate, and contract providers of complementary projects, analyzing technical and commercial proposals and leading negotiations. * Monitor project approvals by competent authorities and support the acquisition of required permits and licenses. * Provide technical support to construction sites, evaluating alternatives and proposing technically feasible and efficient solutions. * Manage project information and deliverables on control platforms, ensuring traceability and alignment among stakeholders. * Conduct technical site visits to identify improvements and ensure quality of adopted solutions. * Coordinate as-built project updates, ensuring final delivery of updated technical documentation. * Prospect and qualify designers, and perform technical coordination of 2D and 3D projects, preventing incompatibilities and rework. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. **Specific Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD. * Familiarity with NBR 15\.575 (Performance Standard) and other applicable technical standards. **Experience:** * Experience in managing and coordinating complementary projects. * Project repository and management systems. * BIM tools such as Revit and BIMcollab. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate studies or completed specialization in Project Management. * Experience in BIM-based project coordination. * Background working in civil construction or real estate development companies. **Additional Information** Discover Rottas Construction’s benefits package and differentiators: **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Benefits** * Issuance of 13 invoices per year; * Cost allowance (Caju); * Employee Referral Program; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Maternity/Paternity Kit; * Partnerships with educational institutions. **In addition:** * Necessary work equipment; * Performance Evaluation Cycle; * Individual Development Plan (IDP); * Continuous feedback. ***Apply now for this position and join the \#RottasTeam*** With modern construction techniques and rigorous project management, **Rottas** today has over **260,000 m²** of contracted construction projects across southern Brazil.
