Job Summary: Responsible for acquiring materials for resale and consumption, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and supporting the senior buyer. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the senior buyer and backup coverage during their absence. **Mission:** Responsible for acquiring materials intended for resale, as well as items for internal use and consumption necessary for company operations; analyzing requisitions and supporting negotiations with suppliers under the guidance of the senior buyer. **Responsibilities:** Execute procurement processes; Contact suppliers; Support the senior buyer in identifying new suppliers; Process purchase orders; Enter and query items in the system; Verify product master data; Serve as backup for the senior buyer during their absence. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Minimum 2 years of experience in the role; Negotiation skills, strong communication ability, strategic vision, analytical capability for numerical data, proficiency in working with data and KPIs, and mastery of Microsoft Office and relevant systems.
