You will be a key player bridging the business world and data engineering, responsible for developing, evolving, and governing strategic reports and KPIs. If you excel at building data pipelines, have experience in large-scale data modeling and architecture, and understand the challenges of a **recurring subscription business**, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * **Data Architecture and Modeling:** Design, implement, and evolve the database architecture supporting business reports and KPIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and governance. * **Pipeline Development:** Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using **SQL** on **Databricks** and **BigQuery**, ensuring data quality, cleanliness, and standardization across large data volumes. * **Dashboard Creation:** Build analytical and operational dashboards in **Power BI** (Desktop and Service), applying best practices in visualization, data modeling, and advanced **DAX** calculations. * **Strategic KPIs:** Focus on business metrics such as sales performance, growth, churn analysis, and customer base quality. * **Governance and Documentation:** Ensure data reliability through clear documentation of business rules, metrics, assumptions, and methodological notes. * **Technical and Business Interface:** Act as a technical-functional translator, bridging stakeholders and the global data team (English communication required) to align requirements, timelines, and deliverables. **Technical Prerequisites:** * **Advanced SQL:** Proficiency in complex queries, transformations, and large-scale data modeling. * **Power BI Expert:** Proven experience with Power BI Desktop, Service, data modeling, and **advanced DAX**. * **Database Architecture:** Solid knowledge of dimensional modeling (star schema, snowflake), data governance, and best practices for structuring analytical environments. * **Cloud Platforms:** Hands-on experience with **Databricks** and/or **BigQuery** for pipeline construction and optimization. * **Large-Scale Data Handling:** Experience processing, cleaning, and standardizing data at scale. * **Fluent English:** Regular meetings with the global team **Nice-to-Haves:** * Deep understanding of the **recurring subscription business** and its core metrics (Churn, LTV, MRR, ARR, etc.). * Experience mapping and documenting data processes and flows. * Strong communication skills to align expectations between technical and business teams.
