Main Responsibilities: \*Active and responsive corporate client service via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person; \*Customer portfolio management, maintenance, and development; \*Prospecting new clients and B2B business opportunities; \*Reactivation of inactive clients; \*Sales strategy planning and execution, including negotiation; \*Cost estimation for labor, transportation, assembly, and products; preparation of comprehensive quotations; clear and detailed presentation to clients; \*Preparation, submission, and follow-up of commercial proposals; \*Recording and tracking client interactions in the CRM system; \*Post-sales follow-up and customer loyalty initiatives; \*Participation in commercial meetings and training sessions; \*Support in structuring marketing campaigns and commercial strategies; \*Maintaining a clean and organized workplace; \*Occasional execution of other department-related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. Proposed Compensation – CLT Employment Regime Base Salary: R$ 2\.100,00 Minimum Sales Target: R$ 50\.000,00 Commissions – Graduated Rates: From R$ 50\.000,00 up to 99.99% of target: 0.50% Above 100% of target: 0.70% Above 120% of target: 1.00% Bonus campaigns paid throughout the year—not limited to annual periods—as continuous recognition and performance incentives.
