Job Summary: An Architecture professional responsible for full-cycle management of interior design projects — from concept development and detailing to construction execution and site supervision — ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of interior design projects and construction execution. 2. Involvement in all project phases, from conception to final delivery. 3. Budget control, contractor management, and quality assurance on construction sites. Description: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture; * Proficiency in management platforms: Office, Planner, Bim 360; * Experience managing project timelines, costs, and quality; * Experience in construction execution; * Experience developing interior design projects from concept through detailing to construction execution; * Willingness to travel; * Availability to work outside regular hours when required to supervise decorated unit deliveries. DAILY CHALLENGES: 1\. Projects and Planning * Request and ensure receipt of complete and up-to-date executive project documentation from responsible departments. * Critically review interior design projects, detailed drawings, and necessary coordination for PDV and decorated unit execution. * Support the development or updating of interior design projects and detailed drawings for decorated units and PDVs. * Validate, together with the manager, preliminary studies (EP) and preliminary construction budgets. * Ensure projects are executed in compliance with the builder’s standards and established technical requirements. * Document processes and controls in the quality management system, identifying weaknesses and proposing improvements. 2\. Budgets, Procurement, and Purchasing * Prepare execution budgets (furniture, decoration, and services). * Lead the procurement process for suppliers and contractors (carpentry, metalwork, drywall, and other services). * Monitor timelines, contracts, and related documentation for procurements. * Create and track material and service requisitions. * Manage administrative routines of the department (purchase orders, approvals, data entry, payment tracking, and invoices). * Purchase furniture, decorative items, and ambientation materials for decorated units. 3\. Construction Execution and Supervision * Supervise physical construction execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and alignment with the approved project. * Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, managing processes to guarantee execution per the builder’s standards. * Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable local regulations. * Support production and assembly of PDV and decorated unit components. * Monitor adjustments and corrections identified during execution, ensuring rapid recovery of the schedule. * Participate in final assembly of decorated units, verifying finish quality and ambientation per specifications. 4\. Delivery and Completion * Validate final PDV/decorated unit delivery, checking finishes, contracted items, and conformity with the executive project. * Supervise resolution of outstanding issues until full environment release. 2512120202501915889
