Job Summary: A Commercial Assistant professional focused on active prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling visits for the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. The company is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Curitiba (Bigorrilho). **Responsibilities:** Conduct internal active prospecting via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and other contact channels. Contact architecture, urban planning, and landscape design firms to present the company's solutions. Reach out to engineers and architects responsible for large-scale residential and condominium projects. Identify opportunities and qualify leads according to business profile and potential. Schedule and confirm technical and commercial visits for the external sales team. Update and organize lead and opportunity information in spreadsheets or CRM systems. Support the sales team in tracking leads throughout the sales funnel. Maintain a professional, consultative, and aligned relationship with the company's high-end clientele. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Commercial Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
