Job Summary: Professional to develop and optimize production processes in the Final Assembly of Commercial Aviation, ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring capability, repeatability, and reliability **About the Department:** * Final Assembly of Commercial Aviation. Will support the entire Final Assembly leadership team. **Responsibilities and Duties — Your Day-to-Day:** * Develop and improve production processes, ensuring compliance with Quality-defined standards * Evaluate impacts of process changes from the perspectives of quality, risk, and operational stability * Ensure processes meet requirements for capability, repeatability, and reliability * Conduct root cause analyses related to FO (Foreign Object) deviations and process non-conformities * Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation (flowcharts, PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions) * Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to define critical process parameters * Support internal audits and audits related to processes and FO (Foreign Object) * Monitor process and quality performance indicators * Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of industrial processes. **Requirements and Qualifications — To succeed in this challenge, you must have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields) * Active CREA registration or required documentation to obtain it * Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking * Knowledge and experience applying Quality requirements to processes * Familiarity with Quality tools (PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans, MASP) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and AI tools; experience in industrial and aerospace process development and validation * Experience with FO and flight safety as a quality criterion * Experience in the aerospace sector * Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and quality specifications **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
