Results-oriented focus and sustainable growth **Job Mission** ------------------- Lead and develop the veterinary pharmacy sales team, ensuring achievement of commercial targets through operational supervision, continuous training, and accurate budgeting of compounded products, with a focus on results and sustainable growth. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * **Daily supervision** of the sales team, monitoring performance and behavior; * **Train and develop** the team based on performance indicators and behavioral analysis; * **Prepare technical budgets** for compounded veterinary products; * **Track and analyze sales indicators**, electronic timekeeping, and other operational metrics; * **Report results and situations** to the Sales Coordinator; * **Ensure compliance** with targets and quality standards in customer service; * **Conduct individual and collective team performance analysis**. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education and Knowledge:** * **Completed High School** (mandatory) * Proven experience in compounding pharmacies (human or veterinary) preparing magistral formula budgets. * Experience in commercial supervision or leadership (desirable) **Schedule and Conditions** ----------------------- * **Work Mode:** On-site at Mogi das Cruzes Unit * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (one Sunday per month on-call) * **Transportation Allowance** * **Meal Allowance (R$ 150.00)** * **Sales and target-based commission** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: * Chemistry, Technical Course * High School (Secondary Education) * Pharmacy, Technical Course * Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Higher Education * transportation allowance * meal allowance * variable compensation
