Assist in the preservation of buildings and equipment in general We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brasanitas. We seek a committed professional with practical skills to contribute to facility maintenance and optimal operational performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacement, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. * Store and manage all materials, devices, and equipment under their responsibility. * Assist in the preservation of buildings and equipment in general. * Report to the Maintenance Technician and/or other supervisors within the company hierarchy. * Work as part of a mobile team. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education * Experience in general maintenance * Flexible availability for working hours * Basic electrical course (preferred) * Driver's license category B OFFER: * Salary: R$1\.699,23 \+ 30% hazard pay * Meal allowance: R$23,30 per day * Food allowance: R$148,94 * Monthly bonus basket: R$100.00 * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM Minimum Education Level: Elementary education (1st level) Driver's License: B Willingness to travel * bonus basket * Meal allowance * Food allowance
