The professional will be responsible for ensuring continuous workflow and organization across all hearing-related stages—from scheduling through post-hearing follow-up—acting as a vital liaison between internal teams, external attorneys, and company representatives. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility regarding deadlines and confidential information. 2. Key Responsibilities The Administrative Assistant – Legal Area will have the following responsibilities: * Scheduling and tracking labor hearing dates, ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines. * Hiring and coordinating company representatives and hearing attorneys, ensuring appropriate representation at all hearings. * Preparing and maintaining hearing tracking spreadsheets, with up-to-date information on status, dates, and involved parties. * Drafting hearing agendas according to the institution’s standard template, ensuring consistency and clarity of information. * Recording hearing minutes in internal systems upon their availability. * Verifying and scheduling procedural deadlines arising from hearing minutes, notifying responsible teams. * Ensuring all hearings proceed without operational issues by anticipating and resolving potential complications. * Providing essential information to attorneys (date, time, case number, existence or absence of defense) clearly and promptly. 3. Required Qualifications and Competencies for this Position: * Completed high school education; technical or higher education in administrative or legal fields is desirable. * Proven experience in administrative routines, preferably in law firms or legal departments. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,000.00 – R$2,200.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
