Promote a safe and healthy work environment We are looking for an **Occupational Safety Technician** to act proactively and strategically, ensuring employee safety, compliance with legal regulations, and promotion of a safe and healthy work environment. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct safety inspections in operational and administrative areas * Identify hazards and propose preventive and corrective actions * Monitor and guide the proper use of PPE * Develop, review, and maintain legal documents (PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, APR, CAT, technical reports, etc.) * Deliver safety training (onboarding, DDS, applicable NRs) * Investigate incidents, preparing reports and action plans * Support internal and external audits * Assist the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and participate in OSH campaigns * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and current legislation ### **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety * Prior experience in the field * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) * Experience in developing and managing OSH documentation * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Preferred Education: *Occupational Safety, Technical Course
