




Job Summary: A professional to oversee, manage, and govern Facilities activities, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support quotation processes, procurement, and analysis of operational costs. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Oversee, manage, and govern TUB’s Facilities activities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, service standardization, and continuous process improvement through systematic monitoring of internal requests, contracts, suppliers, and operational costs. **POSITION JUSTIFICATION** The increasing complexity of TUB’s operations and the significant rise in infrastructure-related demands necessitate hiring a dedicated Facilities Management professional. Currently, the volume of requests exceeds the capacity of the existing team, resulting in operational risks, delays, increased costs, and difficulties in contract and supplier management. The professional will be essential to ensure governance, standardization, SLA control, and strategic support to other company departments. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor, record, and control internal Facilities-related requests. * Track and manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance routines. * Manage assets, inventories, and internal asset movements. * Monitor and supervise Facilities services provided by suppliers (e.g., cleaning, building maintenance, security, reception, landscaping, etc.). * Conduct checklists, periodic inspections, and service quality assessments. * Record non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Control Facilities contracts, including validity periods, renewals, adjustments, and performance indicators (SLA/GLA). * Track schedules, deliverables, invoices, and supplier performance reports. * Support quotation processes, procurement, and comparative analyses of services and materials. * Update spreadsheets, dashboards, and departmental KPI reports. * Monitor budget, operational costs, material consumption, and Facilities-related expenses. * Organize and maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation (technical reports, ARTs, licenses, certifications, and other legal requirements). **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields). * Prior experience with Facilities routines, contracts, and supplier management. * Knowledge of cost control, KPIs, and SLAs. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative controls. * Organized, analytical profile with strong interpersonal skills. **BENEFITS** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:40, with a one-hour break. **JOB LOCATION** * **TUB EXPRESS – Rua Landri Sales 100** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Profit sharing * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
