Support for executive leadership's strategic decision-making Controller Manager \- Responsible for ensuring information quality, compliance, and decision-making support. • Manage accounting and controller functions. • Coordinate monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and managerial reporting. • Ensure tax compliance. * Develop and monitor budget and forecast. • Design and track KPIs. • Support executive leadership's strategic decision-making. • Improve processes and internal controls. * Interface with operational and finance departments. Strategic vision and strong technical expertise. • Solid experience in controller and accounting functions. • Tax knowledge. * Experience in financial planning and budgeting. • Advanced Excel skills. • Analytical profile with leadership capability. • Preferred experience in construction/real estate development. * BI knowledge (Power BI or similar). • Audit experience. • Please state your salary expectation.
