The Risk Management Assistant is responsible for assisting in monitoring and executing activities related to the safety of road freight transportation operations, contributing to risk prevention, driver support, and incident control. Works in partnership with the Risk Management team to ensure compliance with safety regulations, cargo integrity, and reduction of losses. * Monitor the vehicle fleet in real time via tracking systems, tracking routes and any deviations; * Assist in preparing incident reports and risk indicators, consolidating information for departmental analysis; * Complete and maintain up-to-date records and reports on risk management and operational incidents; * Support the control of monitoring and escort service providers, overseeing compliance with company guidelines and procedures; * Assist in verifying documentation related to risk management (JSA, trip reports, evidence of route compliance, etc.).
