**Facilities Assistant \- Location:** São José dos Campos/SP **About the role:** As a Facilities Assistant, you will contribute to administrative routines within the client's Facilities department. You will deliver services stipulated in the contract, ensuring all requirements are met. **Job responsibilities:** * Purchase requisitions for supplies; * Quotations and budget estimates; * Monitoring maintenance service tickets; * Managing contracted transportation services; * Requests for additional transportation (outside scheduled contracted transport hours); * Administrative routines related to facilities management. **Requirements for the role:** * Completed high school education; * Technical training in administration is considered an advantage; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email) — basic level; * Experience in facilities management or in administrative/purchasing roles. **Why CBRE?** By joining CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, helping businesses and people thrive.
