Tracking of requests and purchase orders in systems Main Responsibilities: * Scheduling of mechanical maintenance activities * Procurement of parts according to requests * Printing of preventive maintenance reports, scanning, and storing them in the system * Closing mechanical discipline service orders (S.O.) * Registering new equipment in the Limble system * Reserving materials in SAP for the mechanical team * Monitoring open requests in Limble and SAP systems, with daily verification of report delivery * Daily verification of materials on the outbound pallet, issuing requests to the Maintenance Assistant and managing the shipping process * Conducting follow\-up and monitoring of quotations and purchase orders requested
