




Responsible for assisting in the preparation and assembly of dishes, following the instructions of the cook or head chef. Performs cleaning and organization of utensils, equipment, and work areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Collaborates in cutting, cleaning, and pre-preparation of food (vegetables, meats, sauces, desserts, etc.), as well as monitoring storage and product expiration dates. Supports receiving and checking incoming goods, keeping the kitchen always clean and functioning properly. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation according to the daily menu (cutting, cleaning, cooking, tray assembly, etc.) * Perform ingredient pre-preparation (washing, cutting, sorting) * Support portioning and distribution of meals * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils * Follow hygiene rules and good food handling practices * Assist in sample collection and temperature control when necessary * Ensure proper use of equipment * Support the cook and other team members in general tasks **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Experience in industrial kitchen or similar field (advantage) * Agility, organization, and commitment to cleanliness * Ability to work in a team and under pressure * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices (advantage) **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Basic food basket * Meal on site Job type: Permanent CLT Pay: $1,970.30 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance
