Drive continuous improvement opportunities in planning **Date:** Apr 17, 2026 **Location:** Jacarei, Brazil **Company:** LATECOERE Responsible for coordinating and ensuring material planning and supply, guaranteeing proper availability to meet production plans and customer demand, with a focus on service level, inventory optimization, and on\-time delivery performance. * Coordinate material planning (MRP) activities, ensuring accurate generation and management of purchase orders. * Ensure availability of raw materials, components, and hardware according to the production plan. * Monitor and act on material shortages, supplier delays, and supply risks. * Manage planning parameters (lead time, minimum order quantity, safety stock, reorder point). * Lead the ordering process with suppliers, ensuring continuous follow\-up and adherence to delivery schedules. * Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to resolve deviations. * Support S\&OP/MPS processes, ensuring alignment between demand and supply capabilities. * Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTD, inventory coverage, inventory turns, backlog, etc. * Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in planning and supply processes. * Coordinate and develop the team of planners/buyers, driving performance and capability building.
