The professional will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and order preparation efficiency, working from picking through final sorting for shipment. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES HERE:** * **Packing and Sorting:** Pick, verify, and prepare materials according to customer orders; * **Product Verification:** Check product codes, quantities, quality, and technical specifications to prevent delivery errors. * **Inventory Management:** Perform cycle counts, expiration date control, and monitoring of stock losses; * **Logistics Flow:** Send sorted materials to the verification department and ensure identification codes are correct; * **Replenishment:** Assess sector requirements to avoid stockouts and perform necessary replenishments; **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory; \* Basic computer skills; \* Completed high school education. **DESIRED PROFILE:** \* **Attention to Detail:** Ability to identify potential errors and maintain focus on accuracy; \* **Organization and Discipline:** Keep resources (tools and supplies) and the workplace orderly; \* **Agility and Proactivity:** Dynamism to handle daily replenishments and anticipate needs (moving boxes and products); \* **Teamwork:** Collaborate ethically and cooperatively with other departments; \* **Resilience and Flexibility:** Adaptability and emotional intelligence to manage departmental demands; \* **Communication:** Strong oral and written expression to report information to supervision.
