Job Summary: Maintenance Assistant to provide operational support and maintenance for the club, contributing to the preservation and proper functioning of its environments. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities 2. Focus on pool maintenance or welding and metallic repair services 3. Contribution to the preservation and organization of the club We currently have **02 open positions for Maintenance Assistant**, covering different areas of operational support and club maintenance: * **01 position focused on pool maintenance** * **01 position focused on welding and minor metallic repairs** The professional will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the facilities, contributing to their preservation, safety, and proper functioning. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in general maintenance, plumbing, painting, masonry, and minor repairs. * Support the organization of tools, materials, and equipment within the department. * Assist in inspecting and identifying failures in equipment and facilities. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for pools, ensuring cleanliness, water quality, and equipment preservation. * Support welding and minor metallic repair services on structures and equipment. * Contribute to the preservation and organization of club areas. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred). * Prior experience in maintenance. * Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, and general repairs. * Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance is a plus. * Knowledge of welding and minor metallic repairs is a plus. * Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
