Novo Tempo RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals. It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Plan and define delivery schedules and routes, ensuring efficiency in transportation operations. Develop and implement tactical actions to reduce operational errors and optimize processes. Analyze freight costs and performance indicators, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratio. Monitor carrier performance and service capacity. Develop and track logistics, transportation, and inventory indicators, proposing continuous performance improvements. Support other company departments in obtaining and analyzing logistics information from customers. Tasks relevant to standard Logistics Analyst routines. Position based in Arujá / SP. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, Logistics Planner, or Logistics Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
