Leadership support and team engagement **Job Summary:** Responsible for strategically and operationally managing people-related processes, promoting human and organizational development. Works directly with leaders and employees, serving as a bridge between corporate objectives and team engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support leadership in team management, implementing initiatives that enhance organizational climate and employee performance. * Develop and implement leadership development, training, and capacity-building programs. * Conduct performance monitoring and analysis (appraisals, feedback, IDPs). * Execute engagement initiatives, organizational culture activities, and employer branding efforts. * Lead onboarding and integration processes for new employees. * Support internal communication initiatives and the development of HR policies and practices. * Participate in succession planning, talent mapping, and career planning. * Conduct organizational diagnostics and jointly develop action plans with managers. * Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in human and organizational development, culture, climate, and performance management. * Strong communication skills, active listening, empathy, and interpersonal relationship abilities. * Analytical capability to interpret HR metrics and propose improvements. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in People Management, Leadership, or related areas. * Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to HR. * Experience with assessment tools or people analytics.
