**JOB OPENING \| BOILERMAKER ASSISTANT** MEXIS is seeking a Boilermaker Assistant to support manufacturing, assembly, and adjustment activities of metal structures and industrial equipment in factory and/or field environments, providing direct support to boilermakers in area operations. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures and industrial equipment * Support preparation of sheets, profiles, pipes, and metal parts * Assist in cutting, grinding, drilling, and finishing tasks * Handle movement and organization of materials, tools, and equipment * Assist in preparing parts for welding and assembly * Support boilermakers in factory and field activities * Use hand tools, power tools, and auxiliary equipment as instructed * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace * Strictly comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in industrial activities, assembly, or boilermaking is desirable * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools * Availability to work on-site and in industrial environments * Willingness to learn and develop professionally **Advantages:** * Experience in industry, industrial assembly, or maintenance * Basic knowledge of technical drawing interpretation * Safety training courses (NRs) will be considered an advantage * Previous experience as an industrial assistant, assembly assistant, or production assistant **Working conditions:** * Work in industrial and field environments * Potential exposure to working at heights, confined spaces, and physical exertion * Shift schedule according to operational requirements * Availability for overtime and travel **Behavioral profile:** * Commitment to safety and organization * Responsibility and discipline * Teamwork * Agility and proactivity * Ability to follow instructions and procedures **Interested candidates should send their resumes to:** selecao@mexis.com.br Please include the desired position in the subject line: **Boilermaker Assistant** Compensation: starting from R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
