




**Description** We are looking for a Young Apprentice to join our People team, providing direct support to Business Partner activities and administrative routines within the department. This is an opportunity for those who wish to take their first steps in their career, learn about HR processes, and experience the day-to-day work of a strategic HR function in a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the Business Partner with team-related requests, assisting in organizing information, records, and schedules. Provide administrative support to the People team, including updating spreadsheets and documents, managing internal processes, and organizing files. Assist in data collection and preparation of departmental reports and metrics. Contribute to internal team communications by helping draft announcements, presentations, and supporting materials. Support onboarding processes for new employees and internal marketing initiatives, as needed. Provide general departmental support, always focusing on organization, agility, and attention to detail. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and interest in Human Resources. Organizational ability, proactivity, and responsibility regarding deadlines.
