




Main Responsibilities and Duties * **Main Functions:** * **Organization:** Filing, managing, and controlling documents, correspondence, and digital files. * **Activities:** * **Accounts payable and receivable** services * **HR Support (Time tracking** for employees / payroll slip signing). * **Preparation of contracts and commercial proposals** * **Telephone support** and general administrative assistance **Required Skills:** * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Good communication skills and proactivity. * **Basic Finance:** Managing accounts payable/receivable, issuing invoices, and preparing accounting documents. * **Customer Service:** Responding to emails, answering phone calls, and supporting clients and suppliers. * **Operational Support:** Assisting managers and other departments with daily tasks, such as scheduling and meetings. * **Documentation:** Creating reports, spreadsheets (Excel), and presentations (PowerPoint).
