Facilities Analyst II

Description

We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Facilities Analyst II and become part of our leading Supply Chain team. **Responsibilities and duties** ----------------------------------- * Manage activities related to plant operational support. * Administer and manage third-party contracts: cleaning, security, communications, meals, etc. * Develop projects for repairs, adaptations, and maintenance of buildings occupied by the plant: civil, electrical, plumbing, and IT. * Manage and control direct and indirect costs associated with managed activities. * Identify requirements to meet the functional needs of managed environments, ensuring practicality, safety, and comfort for users. * Monitor key facilities performance indicators (availability, cost, service quality, etc.). * Share standardized practices across other company branches. **Requirements and qualifications** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with administrative routines; * Proficiency in digital tools within the **Office Suite**, especially **Excel**; * Experience with SAP and Power BI is considered an advantage; * Availability to work **100% on-site** in the Suzano/SP region; **What will make your profile stand out from others?** * Being analytical and data-driven; * Being communicative and skilled at interacting with people; * Knowledge of **Power BI**; * **Advanced Excel skills.** **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \& Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
