Customer service and support for labor-related inquiries An accounting firm is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in São José dos Campos. **Responsibilities:** Perform activities related to the Human Resources department. Process and verify payroll. Calculate vacation pay, thirteenth salary, severance payments, and labor-related charges. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Oversee timekeeping control and management. Calculate and verify social contributions such as INSS, FGTS, and IRRF. Fulfill accessory obligations, including eSocial, DCTFWeb, SEFIP, and other relevant declarations. Provide customer service and support to clarify labor-related inquiries. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor's degree required.
