Job Summary: Operator of cutting and welding machines for plastic packaging production, responsible for operation, adjustments, and visual inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure workplace quality and safety 90-day experience with high possibility of permanent hiring. **Shift (Night Shift):** Monday to Thursday: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Responsibilities:** * Operate **cutting and welding machines** for plastic packaging production according to quality standards and technical specifications; * Adjust temperature, pressure, and speed parameters according to material type and thickness; * Perform roll changes, cleaning, and minor mechanical adjustments during operation; * Conduct visual inspection of products to ensure secure welds, precise cuts, and absence of defects; * Meet established production deadlines and targets; * Maintain **workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety**; * Report any malfunctions, deviations, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cutting and welding operator is preferred; * Knowledge of plastic film types and machine adjustments; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to quality and safety; * Availability for the **night shift**.
