




Job Summary: This position supports the maintenance and updating of the IMS by managing documents, monitoring performance indicators, and assisting with audits and training. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in maintaining and updating the IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) 2. Supports the development and review of internal procedures and policies 3. Participates in IMS awareness campaigns, training sessions, and related initiatives **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in **maintaining and updating the IMS** (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, among others). * Perform **document, form, and record control and distribution**. * Support the development and review of **procedures, work instructions, and internal policies**. * Monitor **performance indicators** and generate reports. * Track **action plans, non-conformity resolutions, and continuous improvement initiatives**. * Support the organization of **internal and external audits**. * Provide support to departments in applying IMS standards. * Participate in and support **IMS-related awareness campaigns, training sessions, and initiatives**. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Administration, or related fields). * Prior coursework or experience in IMS, Quality, Environment, or Occupational Health and Safety is desirable.
