Prior experience in this role is not required, but experience in public-facing service is important. DAILY ROUTINE/ACTIVITIES The employee will provide customer service and support (remotely and in person). They will directly implement systems at client sites and manage demands by issuing Service Orders (SOs). **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** Computer usage, internet navigation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. **SKILLS** Strong communication and writing skills. **EXPECTED ATTITUDES** The candidate must communicate effectively, demonstrate strong interest and willingness for frequent customer interaction, and be focused and proactive. **Working Hours** From **08:30 to 18:00**, Monday to Friday, with a **1h30 lunch break**. **Work Location Hybrid**, with occasional requirement for physical presence at the office or directly at client premises.
