The ideal candidate should be familiar with the entire mobile app lifecycle—from development to deployment—and interested in participating in projects focused on usability, performance, and API integration. Although the primary focus is mobile, foundational backend knowledge is important for consuming and integrating APIs, and occasional participation in complementary deliveries within the product ecosystem is expected. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality mobile applications, with a focus on cross-platform solutions. * Build dynamic and intuitive applications for strategic data control and monitoring, as well as routine management dashboards within a scheduled Management HUB. * Write clean, modular, and optimized code in appropriate programming languages, ensuring scalability and maintainability of projects. * Design and implement RPAS control and automation systems, integrating front-end and back-end development. * Collaborate directly with the IT team to ensure full system integration and functionality. * Conduct rigorous and automated testing to ensure mobile application quality and performance. * Diagnose and resolve bugs and performance issues, always prioritizing optimal usability and system security. * Produce and maintain detailed, clear, and accessible technical documentation for developed applications and systems. * Work synergistically with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to knowledge sharing and objective alignment. * Implement geolocation features to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Information Technology**, **Systems Analysis**, **Production Engineering**, **Administration**, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or specialized courses in the field are a plus. * Experience with deploying and maintaining production apps (Play Store / App Store). * Understanding of mobile performance, security, and UI/UX best practices. * Hands-on experience with native features such as notifications, geolocation, and permissions. * Basic backend knowledge (Node.js, Firebase, Python, etc). * Experience with Flutter testing (unit and widget tests). **Additional Information** * Employment type: Individual Legal Entity (PJ). * Remote or hybrid work mode (depending on location and team dynamics). * Collaborative environment focused on agile delivery, continuous learning, and innovation. **More than a Contact Center—we are Credit Recovery specialists.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A company that goes beyond financial results.
