The position involves supporting the company’s commercial and technical activities, including customer service, product specification, preparation of commercial proposals, order follow-up, and assistance in negotiations. You will directly support sales and engineering teams, assisting in the specification of industrial automation products such as **PLCs, sensors, safety switches, light curtains**, and others. Requirements * Currently enrolled in a **technical or undergraduate program** in: * Industrial Automation * Electrical Engineering * Control and Automation Engineering * Mechatronics * or related fields * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational and proactive attitude * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite** * Interest in technical and commercial areas * Basic knowledge of industrial automation: * PLCs * Sensors * Interfaces * Safety devices Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in sales or customer service Main Responsibilities * Support the commercial team in technical specification of automation products * Assist in preparing quotations and commercial proposals * Provide customer technical support and service via phone, e\-mail, and in person * Gather technical requirements for products and solutions * Monitor sales and post\-sales processes * Update CRM and commercial tracking tools * Support client presentations and meetings * Participate in internal product and solution training sessions * Attend supplier training sessions in São Paulo Job Information **Job Type:** Internship **Contract Duration:** 12 months Benefits * Internship stipend * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Working Hours **Monday to Friday** From **8:00 AM to 3:00 PM** **Expected Start Date:** May/2026\.
