Job Summary: A professional responsible for applying, coating, and spreading asphalt products, preparing the ground and operating the asphalt spreader. Key Highlights: 1. Basic operation and maintenance of asphalt spreader 2. Monitoring and control of asphalt product application 3. Preparation and spreading of asphalt products * Perform activities related to the application, coating, and spreading of asphalt products, properly preparing the ground to receive asphalt mix; * Work in coordination with the Asphalt Spreader Driver; * Monitor the machine, refueling it with required materials, and preparing it for mixing and applying the pavement coating; * Control the progress of operations, regulating material consumption and asphalt mix temperature to form layers of specified thickness; * Organize work activities and perform basic machine operation and maintenance; * Lubricate and clean the spreader with diesel oil upon completion of tasks.
