




The Attendant I is the employee with the least experience and will provide customer service, aiming for quality and efficiency in welcoming the customer, as well as being responsible for adding value to sales and customer retention. Provide customer service; Check and register orders; Forward orders to the appropriate area; Maintain attention to the customer from order placement to product delivery. Serve customers courteously and promptly; Prepare the dining room for meals by stocking tableware; Remove tableware from tables and take them to the pantry; Attend to customer requests in a general manner; Weigh dishes at the lunch buffet; Perform general cleaning and tidying tasks; Keep work surfaces and tables clean and organized; Seek to make additional sales by presenting all available options to customers; Carry out general tasks related to the department or as requested by the Manager.
