Occupational Safety Technician

PSV Solutions is seeking a committed, proactive professional focused on prevention, safety, and continuous improvement to work as an **Occupational Safety Technician**. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in the development and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety policy; * Conduct an occupational health and safety (OHS) status assessment of the organization; * Identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment; * Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; * Integrate negotiation processes related to safety; * Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; * Investigate and analyze occupational accidents and recommend preventive and control measures; * Conduct safety inspections in operational and administrative areas; * Prepare OHS reports, controls, and indicators; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and internal procedures; * Support safety awareness campaigns, training sessions, and programs. Requirements: * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Industrial environment experience is a plus; * Familiarity with accident investigation, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Risk Management Plan (PGR), and OHS documentation; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
