Job Summary: Lead and guide the sewing team, manage the production process, analyze production reports, and ensure product quality while maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Guide sewing teams and supervise the production process. 2. Solid experience in production, sewing, cutting, and weaving. 3. Experience in leadership and team management. * Guide staff in sewing activities—manually or using sewing machines—to produce garments according to patterns. * Monitor operator performance and provide guidance as needed to maintain workflow rhythm, quality, and productivity. * Analyze daily production and quality reports to identify deviations from production standards and implement appropriate corrective actions. * Prepare reports containing production data and machine downtime hours for monitoring and controlling machine and sewer performance during production. * Inform personnel about company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other job-related matters. * Support requirements from other production departments in the factory whenever necessary. * Identify causes of equipment malfunction and arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible. * Supervise workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness to maintain a conducive working environment. * Ensure that work quality consistently meets company-defined and established standards, operating sustainably and with respect for the environment. Solid experience in production, specifically in sewing, cutting, and weaving. Experience in leadership and team management. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
