All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for managing the services portfolio (Facilities: hiring of manpower for security, cleaning, loading/unloading, etc.). * Responsible for negotiating and managing agreements/contracts; * Responsible for supplier development and qualification; * Understand demand and assess scopes, advising internal clients; * Lead strategic negotiations across service categories; * Support managers in monitoring the Services Cell activities—especially during strategic negotiations; * Contribute to improving procurement processes by suggesting new routines and procedures aligned with market best practices; * Market benchmarking; * Responsible for ensuring achievement of departmental targets; * Enforce and periodically review the procurement policy; * Enforce the Company’s Code of Conduct; * Collaborate with client areas to ensure effective service procurement flow; * Ensure service procurement processes comply with the procurement policy; * Ensure all commercial agreements are properly formalized via legal instruments; * Monitor market movements and supply disruption risks to proactively implement procurement actions; * Responsible for analyzing and directing feasibility studies aimed at cost reduction and increased group profitability; * Periodically report to departmental management on process evolution and individual KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** **Requirements:** * Experience in strategic services procurement, preferably large-scale; * Experience in analyzing manpower cost composition (open-value spreadsheet); * Experience in contract management; * Completed undergraduate degree or postgraduate education; * Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills; * Power BI **Desirable:** * Experience in procurement across other categories; * Experience in Strategic Sourcing; * Taxes on services; * Knowledge of open-cost-spreadsheet contracting; * SAP knowledge (MM module and electronic auctions). **BEHAVIORAL TRAITS:** * Resilient, focused, and highly organized individual; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to handle high-volume workloads. * Agile individual, as our SLA is very tight. * Stable individual with an owner’s mindset. * Innovative thinker who seeks alternatives and is not limited by conventional approaches. * Must have easy access to the Mogi das Cruzes region. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, and legal assistance—available 24/7, with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and teenagers’ education is.
