Deliver refined versions, with clear and justifiable aesthetic decisions. Ensure visual and symbolic consistency across all materials. Work autonomously on campaigns, events, and internal initiatives. Produce high-quality presentations and editorial materials. Use generative AI to accelerate creative processes. Contribute powerful visual ideas for campaigns. Organize files and maintain standardization across the visual ecosystem. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. Creation of social media assets and campaign materials. Layout design for rich-media materials. Art direction and KV creation. AI application in design. Basic motion graphics and simple video editing (desirable).
