Click here for more information. **What you will do** The Quality Control Technician I is responsible for preparing culture media for microbiological analyses, preparing/sterilizing analytical materials, decontaminating materials, and performing water analyses. Additionally, the role provides support for laboratory investigations and participates in continuous improvement process activities: Key Responsibilities * Perform water testing and microbiological identifications to ensure processes meet established specifications. * Perform calculations, prepare documentation, and enter test results into computerized systems. * Prepare and sterilize materials for use in analyses. * Perform material decontamination. * Conduct periodic checks on equipment and instruments. * Perform and contribute to the review of procedures and work instructions. * Participate in meetings related to organizational standards and expectations. * Participate in the laboratory investigation workflow. * Participate in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) committees, among others. **What we look for** Required Qualifications: * Completed technical education in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory, or Quality. * One year of laboratory experience. * High sense of urgency, attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, critical and collaborative mindset. * Availability to work rotating shifts (first shift).
