Our purpose is clear: Enclose. Protect. Dreams. Now we are looking for a Drafting Designer / Junior Designer to accelerate our journey toward national expansion. ? Location: 100% on-site in Arujá ? Working hours: 07:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Thursday, and 07:00 to 16:00 on Fridays. ? Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Design and review technical projects for fixed and movable physical protection systems, with emphasis on gates and access systems. * Develop 2D and 3D models using CAD software (SketchUp, or similar tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or others). * Ensure projects comply with NR12 and other applicable technical standards (ABNT, ISO, etc.). * Interpret and apply safety and functionality standards during product development. * Collaborate with production, engineering, occupational safety, and sales departments to understand requirements and assess technical feasibility. * Update and organize technical project documentation. * Suggest continuous improvements in project processes and solution standardization. * Communicate with clients (phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp) to clarify technical questions and obtain project approvals. ? What we expect from you: * Technical or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Construction, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in industrial projects, preferably in physical protection systems and fencing solutions. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical schematics. * Experience with CRM platforms, preferably RD Station. * Familiarity with gate automation and access control systems is desirable. * Experience with task organization and management tools such as Trello or similar. ? Qualifications that stand out: Previous experience in automated industrial gate projects or modular urban fencing; knowledge of complementary technical standards; experience in project management (PMBOK, basic SCRUM); and client experience in civil construction, industrial, mining, logistics, and heavy construction sectors.
