From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in managing routine inputs and outputs of the department; * Support preparation of meeting materials; * Assist in analyzing and submitting production plans for special runs; * Support production/inventory analysis and management, as well as action plan development and follow-up; * Assist in report preparation and dashboard development; * Assist in managing and reporting departmental KPIs; * Support other routine tasks within the Planning department. **What We Are Looking For:** **Required:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration; * Availability to intern 6 hours per day in São José dos Campos/SP; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred:** * English/Spanish * SAP knowledge * Database and programming knowledge * Lean methodology knowledge * Power BI **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Jacareí/SP; * **Work Model:** Flexible (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) \- first 3 months of internship are fully onsite * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
