Job Summary: An Information Technology Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end development of solutions, troubleshooting critical systems, and providing empathetic support to internal customers. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development of internal solutions and APIs. 2. Troubleshooting critical systems and providing empathetic support. 3. Solid knowledge of programming logic and REST APIs. Information Technology Analyst \- Gather requirements from users and perform end-to-end development of internal solutions and APIs. • Conduct troubleshooting and incident investigation for critical systems (ERP and WMS), acting as an intermediary with third-party vendors. • Provide empathetic support to internal customers (via ticketing system/GLPI), assisting with tasks ranging from simple configurations to systemic bottlenecks. • Perform deployment and maintenance of locally hosted applications. * Write well-documented code and maintain delivery quality through strict requirement validation. Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science, Database Management). • Solid knowledge of programming logic, object-oriented programming, and creation/consumption of REST APIs. • Familiarity with back-end languages (Node.js/NestJS or Python/Django preferred) and code versioning (Git). * Ability to interpret relational database models (DER/ME-R). • Empathy and patience when supporting users, plus excellent investigative research skills (ability to independently identify solutions for unfamiliar problems). • Experience with on-premise/local application deployment (e.g., IIS) is desirable. • Front-end knowledge (Vue.js, HTML, JavaScript). * Basic understanding of LGPD and software development security. • Familiarity with data modeling for BI (dimensional/star schema/snowflake).
