C\+\+ Developer at BairesDev We are looking for C\+\+ Developers to join our Development team and participate in various projects composed of multicultural teams distributed worldwide. We seek proactive, team-oriented individuals passionate about programming in this language and focused on delivering the best possible end-user experience. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals aiming to grow within one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry! These developers will face numerous technical challenges; therefore, they must leverage current technologies, engage with the mobile world, web applications, devices, etc. Your responsibilities will include: * Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain real-time applications against defined interfaces. * Identify bottlenecks and bugs in code and design solutions for these issues. * Maintain code quality, code architecture, and refactor for optimal performance. * Ensure code quality through peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. * Lead a team of 2 developers. * Coordinate work with BA, QA, operational application teams, and cross-functional teams to resolve data quality and performance issues. We expect you to have: * 6\+ years of experience working as a developer. * 5\+ years of experience in C\+\+. * Proficiency in analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting. * Practical experience in data management is a plus. * Advanced level of English.
