





Develop activities related to recording, analyzing, classifying, posting and reconciling accounts; prepare balance sheets and trial balances, control postings related to acquisition and sale of fixed assets, and issue accounting and managerial reports, observing legal norms and procedures, ensuring accurate accounting. **Responsibilities and duties** * Reconcile the Institution's accounting entries related to: bank expenses, operations and redemptions, payroll, expense reports, billing, purchases, etc., comparing the source document of the entry and its respective classification, ensuring it complies with the chart of accounts, making necessary adjustments to guarantee correct accounting; * Control the Institution's assets through a computerized system, verifying that asset registrations have been correctly posted; * Carry out the closing of accounting transactions by determining results through analysis and adjustment of all accounting accounts; * Calculate taxes such as PIS, COFINS, IRRF and CSL using calculation spreadsheets to determine amounts to be paid monthly; * Issue managerial reports related to: income statements, balance sheets, financial ratios, ledger accounts, fixed asset items and others, submitting them for approval/signature by superiors, arranging for their storage and keeping them available for audit consultations; * Analyze balance sheet accounts by assessing recorded revenues and expenses, detecting irregularities and variations in accounting entries, making necessary corrections and/or justifying discrepancies in accounts, aiming to validate the period's results; * Perform other activities as required or determined by superiors. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Postgraduate studies in the field (completed or in progress) desirable; * Specialization courses in: Accounting, Tax and Fiscal Legislation; * Computer knowledge (user level); * Experience in the role is desirable. **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state and municipal public utility at its headquarters, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 of 03/04/1966, 40\.103 of 05/17/1962 and 8\.911 of 07/30/1970\.
